Job Description....: Datapac has a vacancy for a Customer Services Representative based in our Robinhood, Dublin 22 offices.

The key objective of this role is to ensure the provision of an effective customer service offering to both internal and external customers in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

•Dealing with product returns
•Scheduling and overseeing daily deliveries and collections in conjunction with Datapac Logistics and Warehouse Team and external providers
•Prompt and thorough troubleshooting and resolution of customer queries - both internal and external
•Compiling and generating reports
•Interaction with sales, warehouse, logistics, finance and other internal departments

Successful candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

•Experience of working in a busy and dynamic customer service orientated environment
•Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
