Datapac has an exciting graduate opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join our Managed Print team located at a client site in Cork City.

The successful candidate will be based at a client campus location in Cork will provide a range of print services to client staff and students.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•Information and communications delivery to students and staff
•Daily monitoring of the print fleet on site
•Helpdesk activities - responding to user queries via an allocated ticketing system
•Dealing with escalated tickets
•Device health checks and preventative maintenance

In order to be successful in this role the following skills and characteristics will be required:

•Driving license essential
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Professionalism
•Keen interest in technology.
•Flexibility to travel to other client sites as required
•Be self-motivated and energetic
•Good general level of IT literacy e.g. Microsoft office, iOS, Android and online Social Media
